All of our houses are centrally located between the Aquatic Center, Tennis Courts, Field House, Soccer, and Football Fields.
Houses are within walking distance from campus (only one block)
Each house is equipped with air conditioning, a washer and dryer, wired for high speed internet, and comes with free lawn care services
Lease Terms and Conditions:
- All houses require a 1 year lease (Beginning in May)
- A Security deposit of one months rent total is due at signing
- Monthly payment: (Utilities not included***)
